Policies

    • Cancellations: Cancellations made at 10 days or within 10 days of your stay will be charged a fee of one-half of the first night’s stay. Cancellations made at 11 days or prior to 11 days of your stay will be charged a $25 fee.  Multiple rooms on a reservation, will each be charged at above rate.  You may be allowed to move your reservation one time without a cancellation fee.
    • Two Night Minimum: Unless a one night stay is available, a two night minimum will be required for stays that involve a Friday or Saturday night from May 1 through October 31. This could be a Thursday/Friday, a Friday/Saturday, or a Saturday/Sunday.
    • Room Rates: Our rates are based on 2-person occupancy for all rooms. A fee of $25 per person will be added to the room rate for additional guests. We welcome children. Children who are 3 years old and under stay free.
    • Check In/Check Out: Guests may check in at 3:00 p.m. Check out is 11 am.  We will do our best to accommodate requests for an early check in.
    • Breakfast: An expanded continental breakfast is served from 7 – 9 a.m. If we only have a few rooms booked, a breakfast voucher will be provided for use at a local restaurant.
    • Cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are accepted when you arrive. If you wish to pay with your credit card, a 4% processing fee will be assessed. CREDIT CARDS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION, BUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE TAKEN UNTIL YOU ARRIVE.
    • Smoke and Pet Free: We are smoke and pet free and have been since our inception as a business.
    • Discounts: No stacking of multiple room discounts is permitted.
    • Destruction/Disruption: A fee will be charged for any damage to or loss of Stone Mill Hotel & Suites property. We reserve the right to remove guests who are disruptive or destructive without refund of room rent.
